Ticket Purchases
When purchasing tickets through DeFy Tickets, you agree to:

- Not reproduce or counterfeit tickets
- Transfer tickets only through our authorized transfer system
Event Cancellations and Refunds
Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers. DeFy Tickets facilitates refunds when events are cancelled by the organizer. For partial cancellations or rescheduled events, refund eligibility is at the discretion of the event organizer.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Create false accounts or impersonate others
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform
- Sell tickets outside our authorized channels
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers using our platform agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Honor all valid tickets sold
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the platform for fraudulent activities
- Pay all fees owed to DeFy Tickets
Intellectual Property
All content on DeFy Tickets, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DeFy Tickets or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DeFy Tickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
